Managing Attendees

• To manage attendance at an event click Opportunities under Admin Tools inside the Organization Portal
• Click on the name of the Opportunity you would like to manage, this will open the Opportunity Sessions Page

Opportunity Sessions Page

On the Opportunity Sessions page you will see a summary of all Sessions including:

• Sign-Ups the number of people signed-up
• Attendees the number of people who have checked in
• Hours Approved the total number of hours approved so far
• Volunteers the number of people signed-up per Session

Click on the title of a Session to open the Session Details Page

On the Sessions Details Page you will see a summary of the Session including:

• Sign-Ups the number of people signed-up
• Attendees the number of people who have checked in
• Hours Approved the total number of hours approved so far

From here you can add attendees, check people in and approve hours.
